The Computer Engineering department aims at nurturing a conducive upbringing for erudition and research by use of appropriate computing technologies in its everyday activities.Students at DCE are nurtured to become best software professionals or Entrepreneurs in their own innovative way.

The prime objective of the department endeavors is to produce confident professionals tuned to real time working environment.   • A batch from both II and III CSE participated in a Project Contest held at Dr. Sivanthi Aditanaar College of Engineering.

  • Two teams of 12 Students had registered their names in Smart India Hackathon Contest.

  • 14 Students from our Department got placed in TVS GROUP OF COMPANIES, CHENNAI, as Inventory Clerk.

  • 7 Students had recruited by Nokia Networks and Solutions Pvt.,Ltd., Chennai, as Operator.

  • 2 students got placed in LUCAS TVS, PONDICHEERY, as Technician Apprentice.
